FANCYRABBIT.COM RETURN POLICY
We want everyone to love the style of their space and understand that sometimes customers change their mind. For orders placed on FANCYRABBIT.com, the following return policies apply:
Electronics- New/Unassembled electronic items may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of product delivery for a full product refund. Any expedited or international shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. This applies to all our products.
Record Player- New/unassembled items may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of product delivery, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling costs, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note, the 25% restocking fee applies to all products returns, regardless of the reason you are returning the item. If your order arrives damaged or defective, our 90-day FANCYRABBIT product warranty policy applies. Please contact our Customer Support Team who will assist with resolving the issue. If you receive a damaged or defective item and wish to return the item instead of requesting replacement parts, the 25% restocking fee will still apply. Any expedited or international shipping fees will not be refunded.
Gear and Accessories- are final sale and may not be returned.
FANCYRABBIT Gift Cards - are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For valid returns, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team at FANCYRABBIT.com/contact-us to receive return approval, which will include a pre-paid return shipping label. All returns must be approved by our customer support team. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 21 business days following receipt of the authorized return for any credit or refund to show up on a credit card statement. We cannot refund returns sent back to our warehouse without prior return approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our warehouse typically ships orders within 1-3 business days. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible at fancyrabbit2024@outlook.com Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm EST, excluding Holidays. We will cancel the order if it has not already shipped. If the item has already shipped, and it is in-transit to you, we will treat the order like a Return (see above policy).
HELP WITH DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
On occasion, freight damage and factory defects may occur, and we will do our best to promptly replace any parts that are covered by our limited warranties. Please note that parts replaced under warranty will be shipped via Ground Shipping only. Replacement parts will not be expedited unless the consumer is willing to pay for the extra charges. Please take pictures or note any damage upon delivery and provide this information to a FANCYRABBIT Consumer Services Team member when you contact us.
