WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FANCYRABBIT offers free ground shipping for all items. Free shipping is valid on standard ground shipping for orders with delivery addresses in the Continental U.S. only. Orders shipped to addresses in Canada will be charged standard shipping rates and may be subject to additional shipping fees, taxes or duties. Shipping not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, international delivery addresses or U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Any orders to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be cancelled and refunded. Offer does not apply to previous orders and is subject to change without notice. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped via ground shipping. Orders will be shipped via major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. We are unable to provide the option to select your carrier of choice.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We currently offer a 2 Day Shipping option operated by FedEx at a cost, which aims to offer delivery within two business days. No refunds will be given due to delays or issues with FedEx’s stated delivery times. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that order processing can take 1-3 business days.
HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then take 3-4 business days to ship to your address. These are estimates only. Actual shipping time frames are determined by the method of shipment, specific carrier, and transit time to your area. We are unable to control delays due to inclement weather, shipping damage or carrier related reasons.
MAY I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, which is usually between 1-3 business days. Once an order has been processed, unfortunately it is not possible to make changes.
